"The pricing is clearly listed on the website, and it was easy to make a booking. I paid $517 for a builder warranty inspection. The inspection process itself seemed fine, but when I received the report the next day, I noticed that three defects we had clearly discussed during the inspection were completely missing from the report. After several back-and-forth emails, they finally added them in with the photos I was asked to send. Later, I also discovered two wall cracks that the inspector had missed. I didn?t even bother emailing them again to revise the report. Overall, I feel this was a complete waste of money. The report was extremely basic and not worth the price."

"Very poor experience. Got an invoice, which I paid online the day before and was told that they can?t find it in the system and requested me to send the receipt to them. When I sent them the receipt, I was told that I have to pay extra to get the inspection report because they made an error on the invoice. Also, I had another inspection done from another company and learnt that the inspector from iSPECT missed a couple of issues, including cooktop not being properly installed and unsealed pipe penetrations."

"Would not recommend this company. The report is just tick box report with minimal information. Error made on the report. Inspector advised that he couldn?t get into certain parts of the house therefore not reviewed with no attempt to contact the real estate agent to gain entry. When asked to return to property as the inspector was trying to open incorrectly was advised I would be charged additional cost. Does not include testing of services electrical, gas, water, smoke alarms, sewerage, drainage. When questioned sent a whole list of sections from the legislation. Doesn?t require a licenced inspector to tell me there is electricity to a property - a simple light switch can do that trick. Will not use again or recommend."
