The inspection process itself seemed fine, but when I received the report the next day, I noticed that three defects we had clearly discussed during the inspection were completely missing from the report. After several back-and-forth emails, they finally added them in with the photos I was asked to send. Later, I also discovered two wall cracks that the inspector had missed. I didn?t even bother emailing them again to revise the report. Overall, I feel this was a complete waste of money. The report was extremely basic and not worth the price."

  "Very poor experience. Got an invoice, which I paid online the day before and was told that they can?t find it in the system and requested me to send the receipt to them. When I sent them the receipt, I was told that I have to pay extra to get the inspection report because they made an error on the invoice. Also, I had another inspection done from another company and learnt that the inspector from iSPECT missed a couple of issues, including cooktop not being properly installed and unsealed pipe penetrations."
